When is the next Warzone 2 double XP event?

Players keep turning their attention to Warzone 2 double XP events in the battle royale.

Typically, the Warzone 2 events provide the perfect platform to rank up your Operators, weapons, and season level as fast as possible and although Infinity Ward doesn't share much intel on the events, many enjoy racking up tens of thousands of XP in minimal time.

When is the next Warzone 2 double XP event?

Following the end of the most recent double XP event that started on April 20, there are no signs of another Warzone 2 double XP event taking place anytime soon. Usually, the Warzone 2 Trello board contains a schedule of upcoming events but throughout the current cycle, it's often left blank.

Once we hear more about the next double XP event, we'll update the guide with all the dates you need to know.

Warzone 2 double XP types

Just like the previous version of the battle royale, there are plenty of double XP variants that allow you to rank up various areas of the game as quickly as possible. Here's the full list expected to appear in Warzone 2:

• Double XP
• Double weapon XP
• Double Operator XP
• Double battle pass XP

It's important to note that not all of the double XP bonuses are active during every single event. Some will focus on weapon XP while others double the battle pass XP earn rate which is great for those wanting to unlock all 100 tiers before the end of a season.

Warzone 2 double XP start times

If a Warzone 2 double XP event does take place, these are when the bonuses will activate:

• 6PM GMT
• 8PM CEST
• 11AM PT
• 2PM ET
• 4AM AEST

With most double XP events starting on a Friday, there's usually an entire weekend for you to work through the levels with ease.

Can you use Warzone 2 double XP tokens?

During a double XP event, players are unable to stack their hard-earned tokens to earn a quad-XP boost. Although this may annoy those wanting to unlock everything quickly, the grind is much more satisfying.
