Checking in with the Neural Cloud tier list? It's important to know that the units you're spending to upgrade aren't dead weight in the grand scheme of things. Luckily, the Neural Cloud character rankings are constantly being updated. And the closed beta test from earlier in the year has given us solid groundwork.
Neural Cloud released in late November 2022. Based on the Girls Frontline franchise, it's a tactical RPG where large squads work in unison to battle varied foes on the other side of the hexagonal battlefield. With so many passive and active effects to carefully consider, just one or two top-tier characters can make a big difference.
For more gacha goodness, check out the current Genshin Impact tier list. It's not that important, but it'll make things like the Spiral Abyss that much easier, facilitating extra pulls. For more, our Cookie Run Kingdom tier list is worth a shot, too.

Using the Chinese version and the CBT tests from earlier in the year, community members like Mars#9409 on the Neural Cloud Discord server have pieced together a tier list for the Neural Cloud EN launch. It's even prepped for the first few banner changes as well.
Our Neural Cloud tier list will look a little different to theirs, so you're encouraged to check both out to make full sense of them. We've attempted to simplify the community tier list to make at-a-glance decisions easier to make. This includes switching character rankings to our own S-F tier breakdown and a lack of context for each character's ranking.
If you're looking for pinpoint strategies and reasoning, check out the Neural Cloud community tier list as well. It tells you a character's starting ranking and notes how they scale in later sections of the game. Many low-tier characters can shine in specific missions later on, so they're sometimes worth seeking out even if they're relatively common.
One thing that goes well with the Neural Cloud tier list is the Neural Cloud reroll steps. By combining it with Neural Cloud codes, you'll be in the best place early in the game if you keep resetting your account until you get some top-tier characters like Florence, Hubble, Lam, Vee, Fern, and Yanny.
