The Warzone Mobile requirements are bound to become a hot topic of conversation as you prepare to drop into the battle royale. Warzone Mobile is the second Call of Duty battle royale to launch on mobile devices and sees the return of the legendary Verdansk map much to the delight of fans.

Ensuring your device is capable of running the game smoothly is hugely important. Any stutters or low frame rates can make all the difference between scoring another kill or an unexpected trip to the gulag.

Before we share more about the Warzone Mobile requirements for iOS and Android, check out our guides containing intel on the Warzone Mobile release time and our early thoughts on the best Warzone Mobile guns to use in your loadouts.

What are the Warzone Mobile requirements?

Warzone Mobile is still in development and will run on all kinds of devices. In order to play the limited release, the above requirements for iOS and Andriod devices are all you need to drop into the battle royale for it to run smoothly.

iOS players require anything higher than an iPhone 8+ to play which is incredibly straightforward for many.

For Android users, devices running Adreno 618 or higher will run the current build with ease. Those with lower-spec devices fear not! There's always a chance for performance optimisations to appear when the game begins to roll out across the globe.

As development continues, we'll update the guide if Activision or the developers reveal more about the requirements needed to run the game. In the meantime, the above requirements will do.

Will the Warzone Mobile requirements change?

As mentioned above, development for Warzone Mobile is still underway meaning there's a high chance of the requirements changing as changes are made to the game. With Australia the only region with access to the game, there are no signs of the current requirements changing.

However, as more items arrive and as the game is refined further, there's always a chance the requirements needed to run the game will change.

There's no rush to find a new device just yet. Requirements have changed before so if your phone is just on the edge of the requirements needed to play, it's worth keeping hold of it for the time being.
