New weapons in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2

We finally got a bit of news from the official Fortnite site, confirming weapons so far. We will get:

  • Lock-On Pistol - a pistol that can lock on to enemies and fire the clip in a single button
  • Kinetic Blade - a katana capable of performing the Knockback Slash, and a Dash Attack
  • Havoc Suppressed Assault Rifle - a quick firing, highly accurate automatic weapon
  • Havoc Pump Shotgun - a high damage shotgun
  • Overclocked Pulse Rifle - This pulse rifle is a great shot from range

The following weapons will be unvaulted:

Heavy Sniper Rifle - a slow reloading, high power sniper rifle

Cobra DMR - a DMR capable of taking down baddies from a distance

Dragon's Breath Sniper - a very cool looking sniper

Combat Shotgun - a solid, reliable shotgun

While some weapons go to the vault, others become available for players. This is a standard cycle for Fortnite and it creates a constantly changing weapon meta. Of course, sometimes it can be disappointing seeing your favourite weapons going to the vault. But you shouldn’t be sad, as new weapons will come to replace them, and they may be even cooler!
