This Trident symbol is actually a Greek Psi.

How To Change Your Epic Username
If you want to add the Ψ Trident symbol to your username you’ll first have to go to Epic Games’ official website.
From here click Sign In in the top right and do just that!
Then go to your account page and under account info, you should see your display name and a blue pencil symbol next to it.
Copy the Ψ symbol, click the blue symbol then paste it into your username and hit confirm!
Now you should be sorted, and have a really cool Trident in your name.
