SEGA's just announced their first Sonic Colors patch has gone live, specifically targeting the Nintendo Switch edition. Available from today, they've confirmed that several additional patches will roll out soon across all platforms. You can find out more below:

It's been a rough weekend for SEGA and developers Blind Squirrel Entertainment. Having released Sonic Colors Ultimate on Friday for those who purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition, many early adopters soon discovered widespread graphical issues on the Nintendo Switch edition.
While a few of those videos were reportedly caused by an emulator - something SEGA has said isn't within their control - we've seen other reports stating issues directly off Switch consoles. Now, Sonic the Hedgehog's social media manager, Katie Chrzanowski, has offered fans an update.

SEGA's Looking Into Sonic Colors Ultimate Bugs, Patch Being Prepared
Speaking via Twitter, Chrzanowski offered fans a support page link for those suffering issues, confirming that the teams "are listening and assessing for an upcoming patch." At this time, we've got no idea when that'll likely release, but Sonic fans will be reassured to know that's being swiftly investigated.
I'm currently preparing our Sonic Colors Ultimate review, though for reference, that's based on the PS4 version (via PS5 backwards compatibility) and presently, I've only seen one bug without those graphical glitches. We'll have that to you in the coming days, so keep an eye out.
