Watch Dogs Legion was shown off at Ubisoft Forward, with the game looking to offer a bustling London where anyone can be recruited to your cause.

While many previews have been positive, one has stuck out above all others. Digital Foundry, kings of all things tech, found some surprising developments.

Watch Dogs Legion: Digital Foundry Analysis

The popular YouTube channel put forward the kind of quality analysis it has become famous for, with the game running on a 2080TI with ray-tracing enabled.

While the preview was initially set to a 30FPS mode with ray-tracing and ultra settings enable, 60FPS was deemed "a stretch too far", albeit without DLSS switched on - even at 1080p.

You can check out the video below.

It's interesting to see the game target 30FPS, just like fellow Ubisoft title Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, as many had expected this console generation to allow 4K and 60FPS as standard.

Of course, this preview build could be old code, but we'll be able to get our hands on the game and find out how well it holds up when Watch Dogs: Legion launches on October 29.
