Simply put, the answer is no. While Breath of the Wild's "The Master Trials" and "The Champions' Ballad" DLC also launched for the Wii U, Nintendo's long wrapped up development of their Wii U console. Back in January 2017, then-Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime confirmed that Wii U had reached the "end of life".

While 3DS saw continued support after the Switch launch, the Wii U was ultimately a failure by Nintendo's standards, selling 13.56 million units in five years. Comparatively, Switch outsold its predecessor in just 10 months, meaning there's practically no reason for Nintendo to head back now.
