Once you reach Chapter 4 of Like a Dragon: Ishin, you'll have access to the Gion section of the map. Here, you'll be able to find the Sexy Madam in Like a Dragon: Ishin. The game doesn't hold back when it comes to more risqué storylines, and this is only one of them that you'll find yourself blushing at.
Completing the various substories and friendship bonds in Ishin is a great way to earn Virtue and increase your reputation in that area. You can find a list of all the different ones you have active in your Diligence Records, as well as what each person will require next from you.

How to complete the Sexy Madam quest in Like a Dragon: Ishin
The Sexy Madam is a lady who is standing outside of the barracks in Gion. She's dressed in a light pink floral kimono, with her back against a tree. Once you go up and speak to her, the substory will begin.
Now, the Sexy Madam is a huge fan of vegetables. She's just a health freak and clearly can't get enough of them. You're at an advantage here if you've invested into the Farming part of Another Life, but you can also buy all of these at the Greengrocer.
click to enlargeOnce you hand each of these over, she'll comment on... just how great they are, let's say. Here is a list of each of the vegetables she'll ask for.
- Cucumber - You'll receive a Vitality Pill as a reward.
- Carrot - You'll receive a Passion Pill as a reward.
- Eggplant - You'll receive an All-Purpose Medicine as a reward.
- Daikon - You'll receive a Deluxe Vitality Pill as a reward.
- Pumpkin - You'll receive a Golden Plate as a reward.
You will need to interact with her a total of five different times in order to complete this substory. Luckily, if you leave Gion and trigger the load state to change back to the main map, you'll be able to run back into Gion where she'll be ready for you again.
Remember, she's only going to want the biggest and juiciest of vegetables for her needs, so don't go bringing her any of the nasty stuff you find behind the bins.
