Nintendo and Konami officially revealed the Castlevania Advance Collection during the September 23 Nintendo Direct. The collection is available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4 for $19.99. It's also playable on next-gen consoles via backwards compatbility.

The Castlevania Advance Collection includes four classic Castlevania games, one of which is technically not a Game Boy game:

  • Castlevania Dracula X
  • Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance
  • Castlevania: Circle of the Moon
  • Castlevania: Harmony of Sorrow

This is the first time any of the four games has been made available on any platform other than the Game Boy Advance and Wii U Virtual Console.

The collection features multiple quality of life improvements and bonuses, including a save/load and rewind feature, galleries, the ability to play any regional version of the three GBA games, and a music player.

It was also probably the Direct's worst-kept secret after retail listings and multiple ratings started popping up all over the world.
